Beyond Décor reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

- “Order” refers to a request submitted by a customer to purchase products from Beyond Décor.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
3.1 Placing an Order
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you may receive an email confirming receipt of the order. This communication does not mean the order has been accepted.
3.3 Acceptance of Orders
Beyond Décor reserves the right to approve or decline any order at its discretion. An order is only considered accepted once the products have been dispatched or collection has been confirmed.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1 Product Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways. Full payment must be received before products are dispatched unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
4.3 Failed or Declined Payments
If payment authorization fails or is reversed, Beyond Décor reserves the right to cancel the order or delay fulfillment until payment has been successfully completed.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Delivery Services
Products are delivered using approved courier or logistics providers. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated during checkout.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated lead times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, manufacturing schedules, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
5.3 Ownership and Risk
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods remains with Beyond Décor until full payment has been received and cleared.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7. Product Warranty and Liability
7.1 Product Warranty
Where applicable, products may include supplier or manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified on the product listing or quotation.
- Our guarantee covers workmanship and components only.
- This guarantee excludes abuse and normal wear and tear.
- Chairs used 5 days a week, 9 hours a day is considered "normal use".
- Chairs are guaranteed on the basis that we reserve the right to firstly repair faulty items and secondly replace.
- Chairs are guaranteed for normal individual weight of 110kg unless otherwise stated on the chair description.
- All Office Chairs have a guarantee label stapled underneath the seat. If the label is removed, all guarantees
are null and void. - Cleaning: When cleaning Leather, please use specialised leather cleaner only.
- Do not use Handy Andy or other harsh chemicals on any plastic materials, use a damp cloth.
- Beyond Decor reserves the right to change, improve or discontinue any products without prior notice.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Beyond Décor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, layouts, branding, and design elements, remains the property of Beyond Décor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Privacy and Cookies
Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in those policies.
10. Amendments to These Terms
